Before Ordering

• If you cancel before a part is ordered, no charges will apply.

After Ordering

Once a part has been ordered:

• Service fees are non-refundable
• Supplier costs are non-refundable
• Shipping costs are non-refundable

Incorrect or Defective Parts

If an error occurs due to our verification process, we will work with the supplier to resolve the issue where possible.

If incorrect information was provided by the customer, refunds may not be available.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Exchange rate fluctuations may apply.
