PAYMENT POLICY

Payment Structure

To proceed with parts sourcing and ordering, the following payment terms apply:

  • Orders up to XCD $3,000 (landed value):
    100% payment required upfront
  • Orders between XCD $3,001 and XCD $10,000:
    50% deposit required to place the order
    50% balance payable prior to release or shipment
  • Orders above XCD $10,000 or special-order items:
    70%–100% upfront payment, depending on supplier requirements

Deposits & Refunds

  • Deposits become non-refundable once parts are ordered from suppliers
  • Refunds are only considered if an order is cancelled before supplier confirmation
  • GPSL is not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, freight carriers, or customs authorities

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed only after cleared funds are received
  • Proof of transfer does not constitute payment confirmation
  • Balance payments must be settled before parts are released, shipped, or delivered

Accepted Payment Method

  • Bank/Wire transfer to Delwaves Ventures Ltd (Trinidad & Tobago)
  • Full banking details are provided on official quotations and invoices
  • PayPal
  • Other approved electronic methods
  • Payment instructions are provided after pricing approval.

Payment Terms

  • No payment is required until the customer approves the quoted price

Pricing & Currency

  • All quotations are issued in XCD unless otherwise stated
  • Prices are valid for the period stated on the quotation and may be affected by:
    • Supplier price changes
    • Exchange rate fluctuations
    • Freight or duty adjustments

Right to Refuse Service

Delwaves Ventures Ltd reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order where payment terms are not met.
